Well, I'm trying (key word 'trying') to train for the Sandestin Triathlon again this year. I found last year, that I never really did get comfortable with the running portion of the training. I found that I LOVED swimming...and actually did really well in that event at the triathlon. Cycling was completely bearable, and close to enjoyable. However, running...not so much! I don't understand why something so natural would come so hard to me when the other two events I actually enjoy and have little problems with. Any running advice would be greatly appreciated!
