A Sad Heart Turns Into a Happy Heart

This morning Jack said, randomly, on the way to school, "Mom, nobody at school gives me pictures." I asked him if kids draw pictures for other people and he said "yes." I asked him how that makes him feel. He said, "kind of sad." Then I asked if he draws pictures for people in his class and he said, "yes." Then I asked how that makes him feel. He said, "good." I told him, "then that's all that matters."

When I got the mail today, there was a large envelope from Jack's class in Texas and inside a picture from each child for Jack! What perfect timing!!! I wish I could bottle up the joy he felt in his heart at that moment! :)
